How much are the shipping costs?
All of our product prices already include postage fees, what you see is what you pay, no hidden charges.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (they will be dispatched within 24 hours of baking, to ensure freshness). All orders will be sent 1st class by Royal Mail, this service takes 1-2 days (excluding Sundays). 
What do I do if my order is late? 
We are sorry to hear that your order is late, please get in touch here, as soon as possible so that we can sort this out for you. 
Do you deliver internationally? 
Sorry we don't deliver outside of the UK at this time, this is so we can ensure short delivery times for maximum freshness.
Where can I find allergen information? 
We list our ingredients on our product pages, all major allergens are in bold. If you need further information please get in touch here.
Are all of your products vegan? 
Yes. We are proud to say, all of our treats are vegan and baked in a fully vegan kitchen. 
Can I order something bespoke? 
Yes, please get in touch here to let us know what you would like us to do.
Do you supply wholesale? 
Yes we do, we are happy to supply a regular order or one off orders for events. Please get in touch here.
Is your packaging recyclable? 
Yes our all of our packaging is recyclable and compostable (no need for a composting facility). We are also a member of the eco-packaging alliance, this means we plant trees in the Amazon Rainforest every time we order our packaging.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been made. This is because all purchases are made to order and as they are perishable we can not re-sell them to someone else.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 
This very rarely happens but if it does please contact us here so we can resolve the situation for you.
